A huge thanks to Paul McDonagh of Paul's ABC's for coaching us for the past five weeks on some of the essential fundamental movement skills eg throwing, jumping, running, balancingetc.
We thoroughly enjoyed each session and made great improvements in our fundamental skills and also had lots of fun. We look forward to having Paul back again.
