As we approach the summer holidays, we have been busy enjoying lots of fun activities.
We learned important water safety tips during a visit from our local lifeguards, enjoyed a wonderful summer party at the Brothers of Charity, and made the most of the good weather with colourful chalk drawings in the yard. We also had great fun exploring and learning through play with magnets.
One of the highlights of the month was our school tour to Checkers in Ballybunion, where we made delicious Queen cakes and enjoyed a game of mini golf together.
We also had a fun swim in Askeaton pool.
We enjoyed taking part in Sports Day, where we had great fun participating in a variety of activities and games. We also completed our sponsored run and showed wonderful enthusiasm and determination throughout. To finish we had a special visit from the ice cream van, which was a lovely treat enjoyed by all. It has been a busy and memorable month full of smiles, laughter, and active learning.
